"When I first spoke with Joseph kim I was skeptical but after a second interaction I made a decision to give them a shot, not only did he give me an extensive amount of valuable information weather i switched or not he gave me his direct number for any questions I may have even if I didn't have a policy with them, this along with a few other reasons is what made me give them a shot and I will say that I'm glad I did. I gathered all the info I needed and got a policy for all 5 of my vehicles and life insurance as well joseph was very professional and very well spoken and knows insurance so well that it blows my mind! Today I received a call after having the policy for six months and basically it was a call to appreciate my continued business and if there have been any changes in our lives or any questions we may have, this alone made me feel like a family member instead of another policy number you simply don't get that anywhere else. Keep up the great service!"
