"When I first spoke with Joseph kim I was skeptical but after a second interaction I made a decision to give them a shot, not only did he give me an extensive amount of valuable information weather i switched or not he gave me his direct number for any questions I may have even if I didn't have a policy with them, this along with a few other reasons is what made me give them a shot and I will say that I'm glad I did.
